The kettle can produce 27oz of hot water in just eight minutes when powered by one 40V XGT® 4.0Ah battery (sold separately). The kettle automatically shuts off when the water is boiled, it has a boil-dry feature that does not allow for operation when empty, and a sensor that prevents the kettle from operating when not on a stable surface. Convenience features include a top handle on kettle power supply stand for easier portability, audible buzzer and two color L.E.D. on/off switch indicates the status of the kettle, and dual layer construction that allows the kettle to retain heat longer. XGT® is a system of equipment, tools, batteries, and chargers utilizing 40v max lithium-ion batteries. XGT® is engineered to deliver high power to take on high-demand applications, allowing users to completely transition to a cordless job site.
