Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused will be billed shipping return charges if the shipment is sent back to us. Make sure someone is home to receive the package ordered. You can call customer service to request signature required delivery if you want someone to sign for the package. Packages that go without signature required that are left by UPS at your front are the customers responsibility. We suggest you select Signature required if it is unsafe to leave your package at your door.

Lift Gate Service
Tool kingdom does not pay for lift gate service and any lift gate charges will be billed. If you believe that lift gate service will be needed, then order it in advance. This is the only way to assure that our discounted rate will be applied. Failure to do this is likely to incur re-delivery charges and lift gate service charged at the carrier's standard (full) rate. These charges and any additional special shipping, delivery or accessorial charges are the responsibility of the dealer and will be invoiced accordingly. With lift gate, the carrier will either assist with hand off-loading or employ the use of a traditional hydraulic lift. The customer will still be responsible for moving the freight from the curbside once it is off the truck.
