Authorization
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at Tool kingdom within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Package Refusals and Damage Claims
If you refuse a package and it is returned to us you are liable for the shipping charges both out to you and back to us. If the package is received damaged we will not issues a credit we will file a damage claim with the delivering carrier and you will have to wait for the claim to be approved to be reimbursed.
Other Terms
- All sales and claims become final after 15 days of receipt.
- All Gas Powered Engine sales become final upon receipt.Â
