You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
• Custom orders or special-order items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@toolkingdom.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Many of the tools we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. Depending on the brand, the warranty period can range from 1 year to lifetime coverage. Please check the individual product pages for specific warranty information.
